With a shortened qualifying session over , due to an on track incident,  Jeff Shafer will start from the front row for the start of the NASA 25 Hours of Thunderhill Race. The race is scheduled to kick off at 11 a.m. PST on SAT Dec. 3rd 2011 and run until 12 p.m. the following day.
